While Bay County is a great place to vacation, more and more people are realizing what a great place it is to live. It's no surprise that Bay County has enjoyed steady growth since 1990, adding 40,400 people, an average of almost 2,020 per year.
The area is well-known for its 27 miles of the world's most beautiful sugary-white sand beaches and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico but is now growing more popular as a place to do business, ranked as the #1 area for economic growth potential in the U.S. All the communities in Bay County are within 30 minute drive to the Beach.
